At the 2025 Nightingale Banquet, I updated the community about the Dialogue on Race Nursing/Healthcare program. LAC received a grant to create Dialogue on Race Nursing. We completed the pilot, and the feedback from participants was to expand to Healthcare and make the 6-week series a 4-week session. They also suggested summarizing the readings to assist with time commitment for preparing for the session. We still attach the full articles and videos, but summarize the articles with excerpts. Thank you, LAC, for the opportunity.LNF has entered into a revenue-sharing agreement with DORLA to promote and support DOR Healthcare.Our first Race in Conversation will be next week. This 1.5-hour discussion will be facilitated by Karen Estela and Coletta Barrett. The registration cost is $25.00Our first DOR Healthcare will begin on October 23rd, each Thursday, on a virtual platform, until November 13th. The registration cost for the 4-week DOR Healthcare Session is $60.00.
